This page is the public support destination used by the desktop app. During the private beta, support is handled manually so bug reports can be triaged carefully before wider release.

If you are already in the beta, reply through the channel where you received access. If you are not yet in the beta, request access from the homepage.
Before sending files
Do not send private unreleased music, stems, credentials, or payment details unless the Mix Directive beta team has explicitly requested them through a trusted support channel. Keep your own backups of important projects while using beta builds.
